Eligibility & Accounts
You must be 18 or older and provide accurate information to use RealDealerAI. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
User Content Rights
You retain ownership of any materials you submit, and grant RealDealerAI a license to host, store, process, reproduce, transmit, and display your User Content for the purpose of delivering our services.
AI Generated Content Responsibility
You are solely responsible for reviewing all AI generated content before publishing. RealDealerAI disclaims liability for inaccurate or misleading outputs.
Social Media Integration
You authorize RealDealerAI to access connected social platforms on your behalf, but remain responsible for complying with each network's own policies. RealDealerAI is not responsible for account suspensions or post removals by third parties.
Payment Terms
Subscriptions auto renew monthly or annually. Fees already paid are nonrefundable except where required by law.
Liability Limitations
Our liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the preceding 12 months, or $100, whichever is greater, excluding consequential damages.
Dispute Resolution
Disputes require a 30 day informal resolution attempt before binding arbitration in Texas. Claims may only be brought individually. Class actions are waived.
Dealer Specific Compliance
Dealerships must independently ensure vehicle inventory accuracy and compliance with auto industry advertising regulations.
